Samir R Gandhi

He deals with a broad range of competition law and policy issues, as well as international trade and WTO matters. He graduated from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore with honours and received his LLM from the London School of Economics and Political Science, where he was a Commonwealth Scholar & Mahindra Trust Fellow. He was a visiting fellow at Columbia Law School and is admitted to practice in India.

Mr. Gandhi advises a number of companies on all areas of competition law and policy and has also acted as counsel to the Competition Commission of India in its major litigation at various courts and tribunals, including the Competition Appellate Tribunal, the Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court of India. He is recommended as leading competition law practitioner in India by Who’s Who Legal and the Practical Law Company. Asia-Counsel has named ELP as 'Firm of the Year for Anti-Trust and Competition' in 2009; and ELP's competition law practice group has been awarded the prestigious Indian Law Firm Award for the year 2010 by the India Business Law Journal.
